Who Are We Looking For?
BS&A Software, a leader in innovative municipal software solutions, seeks a Marketing Director with a sharp focus on top-of-the-funnel marketing strategies. Your primary objective will be to drive demand and capture the interest of local municipalities through strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's first impression and generating leads through various marketing efforts.
Position: Director of Marketing
Responsibilities
  1. Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies focused on the top of the sales funnel to generate interest and demand for our products.
  2. Sales Collateral and Educational Content: Create impactful sales collateral, white papers, and case studies to attract and educate potential clients.
  3. Brand Messaging Alignment: Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all platforms to effectively capture the target audience's attention.
  4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns: Execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage and convert key accounts.
  5. Digital Platform Engagement: Oversee the company's blog, social media, and email lists to nurture leads and build a strong online presence.
  6. Product Launches: Lead the marketing efforts for new product introductions, focusing on creating buzz and demand.
  7. Brand Building and Awareness: Establish and enhance the BS&A Software brand, focusing on the early stages of customer engagement.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on the effectiveness of top-of-the-funnel activities.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and top-of-the-funnel activities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective demand generation strategies.
  • Skilled in creating high-quality marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Proficient in managing digital marketing platforms and social media.
  • Ability to craft and align brand messaging for maximum impact.
  • Analytical mindset, with a focus on utilizing data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging and persuading a diverse audience.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Experience in launching new products and creating market excitement.
